UNLV'S RENEWABLE ENERGY RESEARCH ON DISPLAY AT ANNUAL SYMPOSIUM AUG. 11 - 12
ON HEELS OF NATIONAL CLEAN ENERGY SUMMIT, UNLV EXPERTS WILL DISCUSS CLEAN ENERGY IMPACT IN NV
WHAT: Renewable energy researchers and industry leaders from across Nevada and the Southwest will gather to discuss new information, technologies and policies related to renewable and clean energy in the state and region during the third annual UNLV Renewable Energy Symposium
WHEN: August 11, from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; August 12, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.

DETAILS: Organized by UNLV’s Harry Reid Center for Environmental Studies, the two-day event brings together research from UNLV, the Desert Research Institute, UNR, Sandia National Laboratory, NV Energy and a host of community and private organizations. The event will stimulate discussion related to the future of renewable and sustainable energy in Southern Nevada and forge collaborations between research and industry.
