WHAT: UNLV Career Services will host the Fall Marketplace Career Fair October 7 featuring 70 representatives from top companies. The fair is open (only) to current students and alumni. Attendees may network and share resumes with companies including Harrah’s Entertainment, Enterprise, Walmart and Westmark Hotels.

WHEN: Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2009 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

WHERE: UNLV Thomas & Mack Center Concourse

WHY: In addition to searching for jobs through UNLV Career Services Web site, the career fair is beneficial for students and graduates because it gives them opportunities to meet potential employers in-person and get one-on-one face time.
